The Falls Men’s Club

The Falls Men’s Club is a weekly Saturday golf program with access to premier morning tee times from early March through the end of September.

The Club offers a full season of individual and team tournament events designed to be enjoyable and competitive for golfers of all skill levels.

Membership Fee and Weekly Greens Fees

Annual membership fee: $190

Important details

Entry fees must be paid to the Pro Shop no later than Opening Day.
100% of the prize pool is paid back to members in the form of Pro Shop credit.
Weekly payouts include Low Gross and Low Net scoring prizes.
Each player must pay their weekly greens fee (including cart) to the Pro Shop prior to their round.
Purchasing an annual golf pass from The Falls Golf Club does not include Men’s Club membership.
Annual pass holders pay only the cart fee for Men’s Club play each week.

Tee Times and Pairings

Each Monday, members receive an email from the Communications Committee asking who will be playing the following Saturday.
Reply to this email no later than 4pm on the following Wednesday. No exceptions
Members reply to confirm participation and may request preferred pairings and/or tee-time requests.
Requests are accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
The Communications Committee finalizes pairings and tee times and distributes them to members and the Pro Shop on Thursdays.

Typical tee-time schedule

Regular season: approximately 7:00 a.m. start with split tees (Holes 1 and 10).
Pre-season: generally, later starts, often with play beginning from Hole 1 only.

Men’s Club Handicap Index

All weekly play and tournament events (including optional skins games) use net scoring to determine prizes.

The Scoring Committee calculates each member’s Men’s Club Handicap Index using only rounds played during Men’s Club events. A player’s current GHIN Handicap Index is not used for Men’s Club play (see New Members section below).
Course handicaps (“pops”) are determined using handicap allowances based on the event format.
- Rule of 72
  - White Tees
  - Age PLUS Handicap (Index)
  - Index equal to or greater than 71.5
- Rule of 90
  - Senior Green Tees
  - Minimum age 65 in current year PLUS Handicap. (Index)
  - Index equal to or greater than 89.5
  - You must be aged 65 or older on or before opening day

Common allowances

Skins Game Cash Pot (Optional every week)
- Object is to score the lowest stroke on any hole
- 2 Pots- Gold Blue/White Green
- Cost of participating is $10 (payable to the pro shop)
Birdie Board Cash Pot
- Object is to record a net birdie on each hole during the current season
- Cost of participating is $10 (payable to the pro shop)
Hole In One Cash Pot
- Cost of participating is $10 (payable to the pro shop)

All handicap calculations and recommended allowances follow the official World Handicap System guidelines.
